La pâtissière qui enseigne est parfaite. Pourtant ce qui est décevant c’est qu’après le cours, si on écrit ou téléphone, la maison Fleuret est aux abonnés absents. Il faut préciser que les clients sont principalement anglophones. Nous étions 2 francophones sur 6 participantes.J’ai participé avec une amie au cours du Paris Brest le 9 Avril, quelque jours plus tard je me suis rendue compte que j’avais uniquement la recette en Anglais.J’ai écrit 2 fois , et telephoné sans succès.Aujourd’hui Dimanche je les ai relancé manifestant mon mécontentement leur réponse que je partage estHallucinante.Réponse de la maison FleuretBonjour Madame,Merci pour votre message,Nous recevons énormément de message et comme vous l’avez vu durant l’expérience nous passons tout notre temps avec nos invités. Nous ne parvenons pas à répondre rapidement, et nous nous en excusons.La recette des Paris-Brest étant nouvelle, nous n’avons tout simplement pas les supports en français pour le moment. Nous pouvons essayer de les traduire pour lundi ou mardi.Qu’en pensez vous en plein Paris, une Maison Fleuret qui sonne bien Français, c’est drôle non.

Maison Fleuret Paris — The Baking School
This was my Favorite tour in my recent trip to Paris. To learn how to make French Croissants. and have hands on instruction on how to do it was a wonderful experience.There were 3 of us in.our group and my daughter & her friend enjoyed it as much as I did. It was well worth the money and I will do it again on my next Paris Visit.We made friends with people in the class. The Instructors told us where to buy their preferred brand of French butter that we cant' get in the states. We bought some to bring home and its a delicious little reminder each morning of the wonderful time we had on this tour. I highly recommend it!

Maison Fleuret Paris — The Baking School
This macaron making experience with Sarah was phenomenal! She is a trained pastry chef, and had lots of great tips to share throughout the process. She is also super kind and made everyone feel very comfortable. The macarons alsoturned out very tasty, and everything was well organized and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this as a non-typical experience for visitors and locals!

Maison Fleuret Paris — The Baking School
This was a such a fun experience. Matthieu was not only a great instructor, he was highly entertaining; he'd make a great straight man. Matthieu taught us how to roll the dough and roll it up for both croissants and Pain au chocolat and then he taught us how to make our own dough at home. We left armed with a bag filled with our creations, a copy of the recipe and some secrets only a chef can share. More than worth the price!! I highly recommend!!

What an amazing experience. A MUST DO in Paris! We felt incredibly immersed in the French culture and were warmly welcomed by our pastry chef Guillaume. He was very knowledgable with plenty of pastry experience as well as kind and fun to be around. Everything during the class was very well explained. I can't wait to make croissants for my family back in the USA. One note: I do recommend this experience for the beginning of one's trip in Paris. Each person makes 4 croissants that last up to 2 days after the experience. We did the class on Sunday and had our remaining croissants for breakfast the next 2 days! Whether you are a seasoned baker or beginner I recommend this to everyone visiting Paris.

We had such an amazing time at this event! The chef was so knowledgeable and adorable. And everyone else that joined the event were so much fun to talk to! We had a great time and our macaroons turned out delicious. My husband and I both thought they were the best macaroons we had in all of Paris! I would definitely recommend! Also they’ll let you bring wine with you if you’d like!

Our family had such an amazing experience learning the art of croissant making. Delphine was engaging, patient, funny. She shared knowledge and insight about baking that I have already used in my kitchen! She truly made the experience unforgettable for our family. I'm not a baker by any means but the croissants she guided us in making were delicious!

Fantastic, I had attempted several times to make macarons so when I saw a had to opportunity to make the in Paris with a chef I couldn’t resist. Isabella was so helpful, explained things clearly so it was easy to understand. They turned out so good and safe to say I’ll be making these again in the future. Who knew making delicate little biscuits could be so much fun, couldn’t recommend this enough.
