Came in a bit before 6pm. Staff stated they were too busy to assist therefore I could not make any purchases due to it being an hour before close at 7pm.. There were minimal customers in the store with numerous associates just standing around.

Accueil peu chaleureux, assez décevant. Il est anormal de constater que l'on est mieux accueillis dans des magasins grand public plutôt que dans ces grandes maisons du luxe parisien.

Came here to purchase sunglasses for my mom. I was on facetime with her so she can choose a pair and the security guard shouted at me no filming. I decided on a pair and was told that I would have to wait in the queue to be helped/to pay even though there were many workers just walking around talking amongst themselves. I don’t need to be helped, I just wanted to pay and go.

It was the most awful experience I had in a luxury store, I came in and wanted to have a look at couple of bags as thought about Chanel bag for a while. I took a bag to have a closer look and feel and SA started to shout that I cant touch the bags here!!!( the black lady, I am not racist by the way, just didn`t get her name) It was so humiliating and embarrassing!! as if I was a thief who wants to steal the bag ( I was nicely dressed by the way) . How can a buy a bag if I can`t touch it!!? This woman was awful, she should not work in luxury with this attitude! and I will never come back to buy Chanel I better to spend money elsewhere!

Had a very awful experience visiting here. The wait was close to half an hour and when the sales assistant came to serve us, she was very rude and always gave us the stink eye as if we cannot afford to buy. The lady was of African descent and her name was Sandra according to the name tag. I don’t mean to be racist cause I’m an Asian myself but her attitude towards a customer was just unacceptable. She also kept looking at her phone the whole time, which was very very rude and not respectful. Not coming back again!

Yesterday my husband and I visited to the store and we had a good time in the store. I was asking for the Coco crush rings but the location wasn’t available and one of sales helped me search where I can get them in Paris. She is so helpful. She introduced another sales Victor, he helped me to try on the bags I was looking for. When I was trying on one of the bag, I noticed there is a very minor scratch on the side of the bag. I told him the scratch and asked him if they have a another same bag. He searched the stock and helped me to get another same bag with perfect condition. Victor was really helpful and kind also showing me the twilly that my friend is looking for, and he demonstrated how the twilly tie on the bag. Thank you Victor and we had a great time with your passion and help.

Be ready to wait at least 30 mins to get in and another hour to see a sales associate (SA). We came here on Monday during lunchtime, which was very unfortunate as we waited an hour outside since the timing overlapped with SA’s lunch break.Once inside, you have to wait again to see an SA. It was frustrating that there isn’t a system to determine if an item was available - only the SA can confirm that. So you could be waiting hours to learn that the item you want isn’t being carried at the store.We did enjoy some coffee and tea tho.Definitely make reserves ahead of time if possible.

Boutique très peu chaleureuse, on s'y sent mal. On peut rentrer mais on n'a pas le droit d'acheter (trop de monde, pas assez de vendeurs), on vous demande de repasser. Pas digne d'une grande maison comme Chanel, très décue
