I have a 3 story house that is under contract with Laurencin, they have the worst plumber that I have ever seen. 3 floods. Painters that I had to train because they had never painted in there life. Carpenters that did what they liked not what they agreed to do. Stairs that were ordered in may , have not been delivered or installed, even though the old stairs were removed at the end of may. The whole job was quoted to be finished in 3 months, it started in January and the end is at least 4-6 weeks away. If they show up.Save yourself, don’t work with this company. The bright spot is the tile guy, first rate.
