Had a warranty issue with one of their phones bought from a third party. It was a long thing where I talked with their Swedish branch on several occasions. They proved to be very helpful and professional. The issue was resolved in a satisfying manner and dealing with them was a breath of fresh air.

Bonjour, ma femme m'a acheté chez Intermarché une boîte de calamar à l'encre Tapas Grandes Hoteles : sincèrement, DEGEULASSE ! Du sucre, des adjuvants chimiques, HORRIBLE ! (je prends habituellement du calamar à l'encre PESCAMAR qui est sans sucre, sans adjuvants, naturels et délicieux !).Je vais imposer à Intermarché de revenir à la marque Pescamar sous peine de ne plus m'avoir comme client.
