Booked online a long time in advance to ensure I can get a manicure. When I showed up, I was told the online booking does not work and they have no time to serve me. Unfriendly staff who offered no apology. Do not go there.

If this girl would work in the city she would go to Bancroft very fast because nobody never would come the second time. She is lazy, absolutely unprofessional and $45 for manicure too much.Of course she knows that nobody come back again but people from all the world don't know about her.All my nails she made different, I need to file them again, didn't cut cuticles properly.I need manicure after manicure.

Very disappointed. I just went for an express manicure because I had to board the airplane in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes she was just done filing my nails. I didn’t receive any cleaning or polish. My nails aren’t even so I have to do it myself. Paid 25 Euro for this. Don’t advertise for an express manicure if you aren’t able to give one.
