The Hideout Paris Gare du Nord
It’s an ideal place to have a drink or eat something before going home. The waiters are really nice and speak English, which is great as many customers are tourists. Also, the menu is in English too.I tried a table of cheese and a red wine, and they were both delicious. It was a pity that there weren’t any other gluten-free food on the menu, as I would have loved to dinner there (my hotel was pretty close).The music was OK, played in the right volume. However, it was all (at least most of it) in English. It would’ve been great to listen to French house or something like that (as we’re in France!).

There are many options for food and drink if you’re waiting for a train from Gare du Nord, but I would recommend this Irish pub; approximately five minutes’ walk from the station.The staff are really friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Really nice, quirky interior decor, and the toilets (both ladies and gents) are well worth seeing (as shown in the pictures); not that I normally photograph bar toilets!In my opinion it’s far better to visit a nearby bistro like this, rather than spend time within a sterile railway station environment.

Servers speak English, take CC. Food was oddly high, as in $15 for a larger plate of mozz sticks (late night place so they only had bar food at the time). The atmosphere was great though, and actually had music playing in background, all throwbacks. Beers 7-10€

Nice pub down from the train station. Very quirky design inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are on par with the rest of Paris. Only a small criticism. We asked if we could have the breakfast option and were told no immediately despite only being a few minutes past the cut-off. The lady did explain something about the menu but I couldn't understand tbh.Apart from that it is a nice place to hang out if you are waiting on a train or looking for a drink. The food looks good.

We went here because we were too early for our train.Staff was very friendly, prices were cheap (for paris, €7,50 for 50cl beer). Food was amazing, and the toilets were very clean and well maintained.

Absolutely lovely bar/pub. Great beers, decent prices for Paris, nice atmosphere. Been here 3 times in 5 nights. Great burgers too!

The Hideout Paris Gare du Nord
On our way back home via the Euro Star we had a few hours to kill. We popped into the Hideout not expecting much...turned out to be an amazing find. Superb service, great drinks and fantastic food. I had the half chicken which was quite possibly the best I've ever had. My OH had the salmon which was also great. Can't recommend the Hideout highly enough. Fantastic.

Great bar for pre rugby drinks. Live sports, very unhealthy tasty food and the beer selection was good. Pre game atmosphere was great. Loved it so much came back twice!

Café très sympa pour se poser avant de prendre le train. J'ai vu qu'il y avait des options végé à la carte :)Gros plus pour les 2 serveuses du matin qui m'ont très gentiment aidé à remettre mon piercing (oui, c'est un café, pas un salon de perçage mais ce genre de bienveillance est essentiel et fait la différence à mes yeux de nos jours) merci les filles pour votre gentillesse !

Lovely atmosphere and decorations. Seating inside and outside.Plenty of options on the menu but I strongly recommend reading 'plats du jour' (daily specials) on the black chalkboards!Excellent value for money here for very tasty food.The staff can speak English, so it's an easy experience if you don't know french.
