Not worth even a star.I rented a car via PwC from Arval Luxembourg SA, it has been the worst experience and this is why. Avoid at all costs at all times. This company is just a scam, asking to pay you for 'scratches of the bottom of the car' costing above 2k EUR.While returning the car, I knew PwC employees who rent a car from Arval have been charged extra for nothing so I made sure the car is in perfect condition, polished and properly taken care of without a scratch, although it is ridiculous to return a car without any scratch, otherwise they charge you abnormal amount of money. An employee of Carlife SA came to pick up the car (third party) and fraudulently marked 2 “scratches” on the bottom of the car, which were not visible from outside. Do you suppose to fly with the car like Aladin? I believe these types of marks are inadequate, unconfirmed, unjustifiable aiming to make fraudulent misrepresentation to profit on behalf of Arval SA and Carlife SA because no other scratches could be found. This is the highest-level mockery, derision, gross abuse of consumer and car leasefraud beyond anyone’s grasp that I have ever experienced. I drove the car for 13 months andthis bottom protection of the car supposed to protect the car, not the opposite. How is somebody going to fix it if this is protection underneath the car..?! This is an excellent example how Carlife and together with Arval tried to manipulate, scam and deceive its customers and make money beyond that these customers pay monthly rental fee.

So far very unhappy with their leasing terms, for me it seems they are fraudsters, charging overstated excess amounts on small damages. The terms are extremely unfavorable and their insurance is mean. I am planning to exit the contract with them. Strongly recommend to avoid this company at all costs!

A message for Algerian,Tunisians and marrocain:if you see ARVAL run away.Arval luxembourg does not Allow you to travel to tunisia or algeria and maroc.They don't give autorisations to travel like other leasing companies in luxembourg ( leasePlan،leasingPrive, Athlon,Kbc lease )...With arval you should pay 700 euros per month for leasing and you are not allowed to travel to your home country with the car.If i can give less then 1 star i will do.You have a lot of alternatives leasePlan,Kbc ،leasingPrive, Athlon...

I had a car twice from Arval. They didn't provided a good support for both cases where I was really in trouble. First case:- Car stuck in germany- I sent pictures and request for help while calling the dedicated number for such cases- The Arval employee on the other side tells me that he can't send anybody and that I should get myself some help from a farmer near my location- Location was in the middle of nowhere in Germany where no farms were to be seen aroundCase 2:- I wanted to replace my winter tires in time for the new car I received- I called Arval to check if the tires were already in a garage- Additionnaly I'm asking a list of partners of Arval in order to bring my car to their validated garage.- I get the list and the information that my car is new- I went to a garageTHEIR ANSWER: Your car is not new and already has tires elsewhere. You will have to book in their garage as we can't transfer tires for temporary cars.... next appointment 03/12 and I got the information the 07/11 ...I've sent various complaints to them but I'm waiting for a reply for almost 2 weeks while sending one reminder ....I don't recommend Arval for their quality of services and I honestly might not take a leasing with them anymore because of that.At least the employees are very kind.
