Skimium - DUCH SPORTS Tignes

I had a possible issue to sort out with my Ski Mojo, which I didn’t buy from them. This ski shop is the place to go. They are most helpful and will spend time in helping one out. They didn’t even charge me. I’m most grateful.

Initiation aux DH pour très grande débutante. Nous étions deux et le moniteur a bien pris le temps de me rassurer et de s'adapter à mes capacités tout en permettant à monsieur d'avoir quelques sensations fortes. Prix qui peut paraître élevé (70€/personne pour 3h avec moniteur et location du matos) mais identique aux autres enseignes et qui s'explique par le besoin d'amortir le matériel (vélos + équipements) sur les deux mois de la saison. Enseigne familiale avec un personnel très accueillant. Si l'occasion se présente nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Super expérience client chez Duch Sports ! Et pourtant, avec les vacances, il y en avait du monde ! Mais les équipes se sont montrées disponibles et de très bon conseil, tant pour le choix de mon matos que pour un achat textile. Et l'atmosphère chaleureuse, familiale et souriante ne gâche rien ! Rien à redire non plus sur le matériel loué, j'ai même pu changer de planche en milieu de semaine sans problème. Bref, de vrais commerçants !

Unfortunately had a poor experience.Staff:- the older the staff gets the better they are. The two most senior people we met (at rental return) were motivated and super customer oriented. very nice.- the young staff didn't really seemed to care and either appeared to have had herbal teas or were more concerned with the rugby game in the background.EquipmentWe were renting 2 sets of equipmentFor the first:- recommended poles were way too long, ski and binding for the levels way too soft (its not fun when ski go bye bye in the mid of the border cross, a bit of powder or on jumps) - although this usage was mentioned when renting - skis were to soft as well- maintenance was questionable, some waxing and proper edges would have been niceFor the second:- the provided boots were absolute horror. this was an odyssey to get them right here - goes back to the staff comment. 5 trips to the shop. The range of problems started from super worn out and wobbly with almost no support, to 2 numbers too large, to so stiff and hard that they were very unsuitable for the skier using them (leading to pain and agony on the slope in an attempt to get down).- We ended up changing equipment in Val Claret Skimium (great experience there)So all in all it was my worst ski rental experience to date. Cost us a day of skiing (all the forth and back). Cannot recommend.

I highly recomend this ski shop. I have very bad arthritis in my feet and was no longer able to get my feet into my ski boot without considerable pain. We were recommended to try the new style rear entry boots as they were an easier entry. Unable to source any near me in the uk we found this shop in Tignes. They responded quickly to email and put some aside for me on my arrival in resort . We entered an extremely friendly shop with very helpful staff to find my boots waiting for me. The boots are great for arthritic feet, what can you do for arthritic knees. Well done Oliver and staff, an excellent, helpful, friendly ski shop.

Great service, from responding to email enquiries ahead of booking to allowing us to change ski boots that were too tight, the team at Duch Sports were friendly and helpful.

Nous avons loué des VTTAE presque neufs et parfaitement entretenus. L’équipe est sympa et nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir être encadrés par un moniteur.
