Residence Belvedere

Wat een heerlijk slot aan onze zomervakantie hadden we met een week Antibes in een heel fijn appartement waar alles aanwezig was.Mooi, praktisch ingericht met fijn meubilair.Het was fijn dat we bij aankomst al onze boodschappen deden bij Carrefour, want de nabij liggende kleinere supermarkten zijn erg duur. Goeie tip dus die we vooraf kregen, waar deze te vinden was.Zo klopte ook alle informatie die we ontvingen, zowel van de eigenaar als van degene die ons hartelijk ontving met de sleutels.Beiden Nederlands sprekend.De ligging is voortreffelijk, tegenover een vrij strand (geen verplichte huur van stoelen die op elkaar staan) en op loopafstand van de oude stad, die een gezellige markt, vele restaurants, winkeltjes en het Picassomuseum bevat. Ook de haven is de moeite waard. Voor ieder wat wils!‘s Avonds was er wel eens overlast op het strand, maar op zo’n mooie plek moet je daarmee rekening houden. We sliepen aan de achterkant, dus ook dat was prettig.Kortom een plek om te koesteren.Juan les Pins is op 20 min loopafstand. We maakten ook gebruik van het openbaar vervoer naar Nice en Monaco met bus en trein. Wel zo relaxed.

Cela fait la deuxième année que nous louons à la résidence Belvedere et nous avons découvert le studio C qui est absolument magnifique! Les 3 baies vitrées donnent sur la mer. Dés que l on franchi la porte on est ébloui par tout ce bleu! La terrasse est très grande et l appartement très propre et décoré avec goût . L accueil de nos hôtes est très chaleureux .Ils sont aux petits soins. Un grand merci à M Kreber de nous avoir permis de passer nos vacances dans ce lieu magique!

Capturing all the charm of Antibes with views from the balcony of the sea and beach across the street, and the old town, this is a top class apartment. Spacious and well equipped, you can enjoy the sun all day and evening from the two balconies. The booking process and check- in is problem free and friendly. We loved our stay Belvedere apartment.

Residence Belvedere is in the perfect location, easy to access both Juan les Pins and old Antibes on foot and to access the train stations. The views over the sea and the old town from the apartment/studio are incredible. The accomodation itself is exceptional - furnished in a very modern style. very comfortable, well maintained and clean. I have stayed here a few times and am always sad to leave. I thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent séjour dans ce très beau studio très bien équipé et très bien entretenu qui bénéficie d’une vue exceptionnelle à la fois sur le cap d’Antibes et la vieille ville.Le propriétaire est une personne de grande confiance et disponible. Le service est parfait. Je recommande vivement!

Very beautiful and newly refurbished apartment right at the beach and next to the old town of Antibes. There is absolutely everything you need in the apartment, from dishwasher to washing machine and two balconies where you can enjoy a gorgeous view. We strongly recommend!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location dans la Résidence Belvédère, bien située près de la plage et du centre d'Antibes. Au calme et confortable, l'appartement, doté d'une place de parking, est fonctionnel, bien agencé, lumineux et parfaitement équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le mode de réservation directe auprès du propriétaire. Celui-ci est très réactif et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Nous comptons bien renouveler l'expérience pour une période beaucoup plus longue. Location à recommander fortement!
