The application hardly works. The gate does not open and their is no network to contact the service. People at the gate are of no help also and would not open the door. You spend time turning around the car as there is an impatient queue behind you to try to contact the service in France and spend more that outside paid parkings.

BePark - Parking Université du Luxembourg
Do not recommend it, it's nearly impossible to get to the parking as you need to open gate through app but there is no connection near gates. Even they claims that there is wifi (wifi is not working there). Spend 40 min to get there.
