Très bien accueillie, très compétente et très humaine. Je recommande vivement cette agence.

Pour cause d’un problème informatique, cette agence nous plante (moi, ma femme et ma fille de 7 ans), à 4h de train de notre domicile, sans solution, sans nourriture. Obligé de nous rendre au lieu de vacances à 50km par taxi et sans moyen de locomotion une fois sur place.Service déplorable et aucune conscience du résultat de leur manque de professionnalisme.Navrant ! À boycotter !Update du 31 août : Suite au commentaire d’Europcar je me permets de modifier le mien. Ma dernière location à l’étranger date de 2012 (mai) et encore : louée en France. Dernière location hors France même année au Canada (!), dernière loc dans un pays européen hors France : 2010.J’ai loué chez Europcar jusqu’en 2016 (date de l’achat de ma voiture personnelle)

Service parfait. C'est ma première location et j'ai eu 1 véhicule neuf. Accueil très sympa.

I have just rented a car, once again, from Europcar Bergerac Gare for nearly 2 months and would like to thank Michael and the team for their expertise and smooth handling of my rental. I have been coming to Bergerac every year for seven years now and would not go anywhere else to hire a car.The depot is situated just a short walk from the station. The car is always ready on my arrival and it is my car of choice. The paper work is handled quickly and efficiently and I am out on the road in no time.All my questions are answered efficiently in terms of fuel type, start up and seat adjustments etc.Nothing is too much trouble and I am always met with a friendly smile and a willingness to please. These people are just so easy to deal with and after a long trip from Australia it is wonderful to always enjoy trouble free car hire. Could not recommend more highly. Carolyn Hildebrand

Michael Wall was amazing, he made our experience easy and hassle free. He is an absolute asset to the company and i wish all of my experiences in hiring vehicles in the past had been half as good and dealt with as efficiently as he managed this time.

Rude, uninterested staff. Not happy to help, very grumpy. Requested a German car but of course, only got a French one. Also, they tried to send me away with the document signed in 'perfect condition' when it clearly had a scratch on the front. Needed to get that amended before I would sign.Also, they close for 2 hours over lunch which is frankly ridiculous for a car rental service. Get with the times.
