Saint-Sébastien - Froissart

Variable and expensive. We had dinner and the dishes varied from excellent to forgettable. The boudin appetizer was extremely bland but the melon with ham was delicious. The “natural wine” we ordered had excessive secondary fermentation and was unpleasant. The poached peach desert was ordinary. The service was friendly and professional but for 200 euros, I expect better.
