Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly
Lieu et cadre idéal pour un événement .Par contre il faisait très chaud ce jour là et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre .Galère pour avoir un élément de substitution à cet inconfort, aucun geste commercial ou attention pour palier au désagrément .Ayant l'habitude d'hôtel 4 étoiles ça m'a quand même laissé sur ma fin on habite à moi d'une heure du lieu on avait souhaité dormir sur place pour expérience complète mais finalement décevante.Ça n'enlève pas le fait que le lieu était très beau et que le service était impeccable et de qualité pour le mariage auquel nous avons assisté .

Fantastic! This is a gem.An old mill that has been sympathetically renovated with a modern and clean feel. The general feel is impressive, expensive, and simply beautiful.The suite is very generous in size with continuity of the same taste as in the lobby with regards to decor and feel.The restaurant is also in line with the lobby and suite. Some of the dishes on the dinner menu were worthy of a Michelin star, in particular; the scallops carpaccio. All starters and mains were very good, including kids' menu. The dessert were a bit of a let down but only when judged against starters and mains. However, they are perfectly adequate.Breakfast was very good, sadly fresh omlette was not offered but otherwise good.The pool and spa i.e. hammam, sauna x2, and a variety of showers (x3) were excellent and to very high standrad. Sadly, there was no time to have any treatments, so I can't comment. The changing rooms were spacious and clean with the usual bells and whistles i.e. working lockers, showers x2, hair dryer etc.The toiletteries provided in the pool's changing rooms are available to purchase from the reception at the spa. I did get the body lotion, it smells heavenly.Anything to improve:1. Swim costume spinner in the changing rooms in the spa2. A spa of this high standard usually provides towels plentifully. In similar places, I have seen large thick bath towels literally everywhere and, yes it does make a difference. Having said this, hand towels were available in the changing room.3. Breakfast was shared in the same space with the attendees of a big conference - this was not ideal. It was noisy, very busy and unfortunately took away from the quietness, grandness and peace of the setting.Conclusion: I would absolutely love to come back - hopefully not coinciding with a conference.

Bonjour,Pour un hôtel 4* nous sommes déçu de la prestation pour un cadeau coffret romantique comprenant un dîner, nuit et petit déjeuner.Eau piscine froide aucun envie de rester car pas agréable du toutDîner correct mais manque petits accompagnements au moment de l'apéritif cela serait digne d'un vrai 4*( à comparaison égale)Un petit déjeuner romantique pas agréable du tout car nous nous sommes trouvés avec un groupe de fin de stage ou séminaire. Difficultés à trouver une place pour s'installer en plus encombré les valises des participantsMerci au service qui nous a trouver une place sans trop être gênerDéçu au vu du cadeau et dépenses par nos enfants pour nous nous faire plaisirsCordialement

J'ai réservé dans cet établissement pour surprendre ma copine lors d'un séjour à Chantilly et autant vous dire que le pari était réussi.Franchement l'établissement est très bien tenu et la cuisine du restaurant est un régal.A part la longueur de l'attente pour obtenir notre chambre (il y a eu un soucis avec le lecteur de carte et nous avons poireauté plus de 30 minutes car aucun technicien ne répondait) et l'accueil qui n'a pas été à la hauteur, tout le reste c'est superbement bien déroulé.Je recommande.

We stayed in the junior suite for one night as a stopover. The room was clean and very spacious. Unfortunately the beds of the sofa were not ready, we had to ask 2 times but a friendly receptionist made them up. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly, excellent food and wines. Unfortunately the airconditioning was not working so the room got very warm so we did not get a good night rest. We mentioned this again with checkout and the receptionist apologized. I think I would not come back as the quality is not what I expect for this price.

On a réservé un week-end à deux dans cet hôtel 4etoiles, qui mériterai un peu plus de soin..L accueil est inexistant, personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivé, ou pour nous accompagner aux chambres, pourtant des voiturettes sont à disposition. Les chemins qui mènent au restaurant au spa et aux chambres sont pas revêtus, on marche dans la terre… ce qui est fort désagréable avec la pluie, surtout si on nous fait porter les bagages.Si vous venez avec vos animaux de compagnie, on vous dit qu’ils sont bienvenus, mais sur place on nous demande une “taxe” de 35€ par jour par animaux.La chambre était bien, mais manquait un peut de propreté et le carrelage au sol de la douche à l italienne est cassé, faites attention. (Chambre 836)Le restaurant est très bon , de la bonne cuisine, mais pas de millésimes sur la carte de vins (du coup que des vins très jeunes ) et l’extraction est au revoir car en sortant nos habits sont infestés d’odeurs.Bar avec des très bons cocktails mais pas de musique, ambiance désagréable et service très lents, même pour avoir la carte.Spa bien mais l’eau de la piscine pas très chaude en hiver, et trop d’enfants même à 17h

Un complexe hôtelier avec des pavillons d'une trentaine de belles chambres avec balcon. Un calme reposant. Un petit-déjeuner copieux avec très produits de qualité. Dîner exceptionnel tant pour les plats originaux que pour le service attentionné. Merci pour ce beau week-end dans votre établissement.

Un bel endroit et une très belle chambre . Malheureusement Hamamm, douche sensorielle et un sauna qui n'en fonctionnement pas . Restaurant non disponible le soir de notre venu . Pour une réservation faite au mauvais moment et donc payé 2 fois, la réceptionniste confirme que cela sera vu avec la direction le lendemain...; le lendemain on nous dit d'appeler le service des réservations...je tombe sur un monsieur qui soupire au téléphone lors de ma demande pour finir par me demander de faire un mail...Mail fait et donc resté sans réponses :-(Bref comment transformer un bel endroit où nous aurions pu revenir en mauvaise expérience client !

The place is absolutely gorgeous and quiet. Surrounded by green and fresh air. We loved the room, the pool and the service. It's a little far away from the castle and the town, but that's part of the charm.
