Chambre moderne, très propre et bien agencée malgré la petite surface. Localisation idéale et prix imbattable. Le check in est très simple et rapide avec les codes fournis et, si vous avez des questions, le personnel est très réactif via email ou whatsapp.

Attention ! Les dossiers de locations peuvent être refusés à la dernière minute !C'est ce qui nous est arrivé alors que nous avions pourtant reçu deux mails de confirmation. Le fait que nous avions validé le paiement en amont n'a rien rien changé ! Notre réservation a été annulée en fin de journée, à peine 30 minutes avant la remise des clés. La personne était certes aimable mais n'a rien pu faire.Pourtant nous avions lu des bons avis, la chambre semblait très bien et l'emplacement idéal...

Apartments WS Louvre - Sainte-Anne
We are a family of 4 with two children. We booked our stay for a 2 bedroom appartment and payed the full amaount one day before of our arrival. On the day of our trip, cheking in to the plane, while we were supposed to check in at 8h30 pm, we received an email at 1h20pm telling us the room was cancelled because there was a problem in the lock. They suggested to give us 2 seperate rooms in a different WS building, at rue Beaubourg 58, statitng that they are waiting for our confirmation to proceed. I refused the offer telling them we are traveling with 2 young children and that we want to be together as a family but nobody replied. Than I had to make a longdistance call to WS offices to check the status of my booking, when they confirmed that this was the only option available, and by not wanting to sleep on the street, we ended up taking the offer especially that we had paid for it. We had room 403 which had horrible smell, and room 407. although the rooms are renovated the main issue is the absence of Air Conditionning which obliged us to open the window all night and to listen to all the noise from the neighbourhood. One last thing, the building entracne code stoped working once, and we had to call WS again to fix it. I think we deserved to be treated better after this incident, especially when traveling with young children.

Comme personne n'est parfait, 4 étoiles... Moi j'ai passé un très bon séjour. J'ai écouté les avis avant et ça s'est avéré vrai. J'ai prolongé mon séjour dans un autre appartement WS Louvre dans la même semaine. Chacun son expérience mais la mienne était excellente.

Seul bémol les toilettes/salle de bain sentaient les égouts.l’appartement était petit et si on oubliait de fermer la porte de la SDB ça empestait partout et c’était bien entendu très désagréable. Sinon emplacement et propreté au top! Je recommande vivement.

Petit studio très bien situé, très propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol, nous avions réglé avec petits déjeuners... qui ne nous ont jamais été livrés... Pas top ! Nous sommes restés sur notre faim ! En espérant qu'ils nous soient remboursés...

L'appartement très sympa et bien aménager. La situation géographique est top. Seul bémol la salle de bain qui sentait les égouts de Paris et le fait de ne pouvoir récupérer la chambre qu'à 15h alors qu'il faut la libérer à 11h.

Great location.The promised wifi not working and there was a horrible smell coming From the bathroom.No cleaning or fresh towels during my stay here.Although reporting these points several times to the local person and trough booking. nothing was done to fix any of the problems.I won't be using WS ever again.
