My experience was terrible. I have paid for a 7 days rental (SeaBob) and I found out in my first day of vacation that the product is unavailable. This happened only when I inquiry about the time of delivery. I have asked for a refund and yet I didn't receive the money.If you still want to use them, never pay in advance. Use any insurance available.

Ocean Premium has supplied two fantastic slides during the Amsterdam City Swim on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam. This was a great experience for the participants to be able to get into the water and we also saw this compliment a lot in the evaluation. The slide is a solid and professional product. The collaboration and contact with Ocean Premium was very nice.

Wide variety of top-of-the-line water toys, including Seabobs, Audi etron foil and Fliteboards. Well rounded service to yachts ( Sales, rentals and repairs). I particularly like that they offer consultations and yacht crew workshops and masterclasses, to build knowledge and competence within the industry. They were awarded Best Superyacht Service Provider in 2023 ( voted by captains, crew and other businesses).
