GuestReady - Conciergerie Airbnb Marseille

Terrible experience.. we were trying to reach them since the day before our check-in just to get some instructions about how to collect the apartment key. The same morning of the check-in, I called them and one of their operators told me that it was “still too early” to have infos about the key collection point. Eventually they informed us last minute that we couldn’t enter their property at all - because of a bedbugs infestation. When we were already waiting at the key collection point. Everything via text messages because they wouldn’t answer our phone calls or just hang up. Fortunately Booking customer service helped us finding another accomodation. But so many hours lost and 1 day of our trip completely ruined!

I had an appartement booked with GuestReady for a visitor for the end of September. The appartement got cancelled just two days before arrival due to unexpected damage to the aparement. There was not the least bit of support from GuestReady to find a new appartement via email or phone. Emails were not answered and the hotline was very difficult to reach, the communication with the agents was painful and overall very unconstructive. The 'alternative' housing was an appartement for the three times the price in a completely different part of the city and no intention to provide a discount. While I acknowledge that damage to the property is out of their control, helping the customers with an alternative housing solution is certainly not. I am deeply disappointed by their behaviour, I will never book with them again, let alone consider them as a concierge service for a property.

Was very easy to collect keys and to get into contact with apartment.Very clean in a good location - would stay again.Thanks GuestReadyArran

Si vous êtes propriétaire, fuyez ....ces gens sont joignables pour vous faire signer le contrat puis....plus personne et une gestion des problèmes catastrophique

Location, cleanliness, quiet, calm, beach, shops within walking distance. Overall everything is great. There is a problem with obtaining the key. I recommend installing a security box for key .

Vous qui avez investi vos économies et souhaitez confier votre appartement en gestion a guest ready, surtout, PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN. Gestion d’appartement catastrophique, services injoignables, avis des voyageurs très déçus quand a la gestion de la remise des clés, du ménage mal fait (facturé 70€ a chaque voyageur). Personne ne s’est inquiété du peu de réservations, aucun « point téléphonique » fait, pas de locaux à marseille, un simple standard téléphonique qui ne répond qu’une fois sur 2. Et maintenant, le parcours du combattant pour récupérer les jeux de clés de mon PROPRE appartement... Très déçue, je change bien sûr de conciergerie après 6 mois passés avec guest ready
