As foreigners who do not speak French well, we sought help on a holiday when every place was closed. We were quite distressed, but they were exceptionally compassionate and helped us, even though they, too, were technically closed and had just stopped by their business. With skill, honesty and kindness, they fixed our problem, which actually required quite a bit of effort. We are forever grateful. Great business and people.
