I loved this wine bar! The terrace outside was perfect, the service was fantastic, and the wine selection (by the glass and bottle) was impressive (and delicious). I’m so glad I stopped by here and would highly recommend it! Tiphaine and her team are amazing.

SOIF DE VIE - Tiphaine THIBERT
A wonderful bar a vin and wine shop in central Narbonne just a stone's throw from the canal Robine and the Pont des Marchands. It's run by the charming Tiphaine and she has selected more than 200 organic, biodynamic and natural wines from all over France. Some truly great producers including Julien Guillot from Macon and Chateau Beru from Chablis as well as a whole host from up and coming exciting young winemakers. Indoor and outdoor seating in the shade of trees, interesting food is available and best of all sound advice from Tiphaine on what to drink based on your general preferences. We loved it and returned several times and look forward to visiting again next year. Highly recommended.

Pour d'aucun il s'agit d'une jolie cave à vin située sur une place agréable au centre de narbonne. Alors oui on va trouver de belles quilles et on va même pouvoir les goûter sur place en grignotant des produits soigneusement sélectionnés. M'y voila donc rendu ... et là je suis littéralement bousculé par Thiphaine et sa passion communiquante pour les vins natures. Souvent timoré à l'egard de ce type de vins elle m'a bluffé avec des flacons renversant.Bref une adresse à découvrir tant pour la qualité des vins proposés que pour la compétence, la passion et la très grande sympatie de Thiphaine et son équipe.Très belle découverte sur Narbonne.

Nous nous y sommes rendus au hasard des rues. Au départ ce n’était que pour prendre un verre et finalement nous y avons passé la soirée! Tiphaine connaît ses produits et sait les vendre, le mariage entre liquide et solide devrait durer car elle adapte les accompagnements au goût de chacun et des tapas servis.À ne pas manquer pour boire un verre entre amis et refaire le monde!

Tiphaine and her wonderful wine store is a 'must do' whilst in Narbonne. Luckily we were given the heads up by a waiter at Gaia restaurant (also excellent). Her knowledge of wine, wineries and owners is second to none, both local and further afield in France. We loved her patio, the excellent selection of pate, cheeses to sample our wines with. Her demeanor was never condescending, in fact we found her to be fun whilst all the time she was educating us as a good sommelier does. Wines by the glass, bottle and to go. All priced well, and no gouging us the Canadian tourists. Thank you Tiphaine. We know you love your work, it was a pleasure to meet you.
