In April 2016, after almost 4 years of preparation (lot of money for equipment, trip, guide, etc.), I chose to make a ski touring journey with Chamonix Aventure. Globally, the organization was rather good, the guide was professional. The experience we lived around the Mont Blanc massif was awesome, but at the end the weather didn’t cooperate. For this reason, we agreed with our guide to stop 2 days earlier. The guide checked by phone with the organizer and told us that he’ll ask no payment for those 2 days. Unfortunately, Chamonix Aventure never responded to my messages (phone and e-mail) and kept all the money we payed in advance. I regret to have chosen Chamonix Aventure. One star is too much…
