Above all, a hotel with extraordinary staff - always pleasant, smiling, available and helpful, with a personal approach (rare are the hotels of this standing where they remember your name, recognize you and therefore address you by your surname). Departure very early (4:30 AM in my case)? - the staff offers you a minimum of breakfast service on its own initiative.Of course, they speak English.Relatively new hotel, with the quality and service expected for an Ibis (well soundproofed rooms). Restaurant open in the evening, with a complete menu and good, tasteful meals. Large choice of local beers.They are installing nowadays two double vehicle charging station in their parking.Perfect location - at the foot of a Lille metro station.

Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis par une équipe très à l'écoute et disponible. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle et c'est bien là le principal. N'hésitez pas !

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit en famille. Ils sont disponible 24h / 24 et m'ont proposé de réchauffer mon biberon à toute heure pour mon bébé. Excellent petit déjeuner avec une belle amplitude (jusqu'à 11h30). Chambre confort. Une vraie mention spéciale pour le personnel au petit soin.

We stayed as a family here during the rugby world cup. Is it the choice location for Lille, probably not, however the hotel itself, is fantastic. The staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. They gave us all the information we needed to get around town and get to the world cup venue. The family room we stayed in was spacious enough for the 3 of us and it was very clean. It was very convenient for public transport, with Mitterie station just a very short walk up the road. It took just 17 minutes to get to Lille Europe station for the Eurostar. And there were many things to explore in between and the staff helped us find it all. Breakfast was a buffet style and it was great, everything you would want to start your day. Thank you for making our World Cup Experience what it was.

Alors je donne 1 étoile pour l’ancienneté de cet hotel, l’odeur du bois ancien, la moquette sale qui vous accompagne de l’assenceur jusqu’à votre chambre. Mais le comble : la salle de bain qui a vraiment besoin de travaux et les lits MINUSCULES dans lesquels on ne peut pas bouger ! On était dans la chambre 306. On voulait se reposer après une longue journée de travail, on a passé une nuit pas du tout confortable. A EVITER.

Accueil professionnel et chaleureux, respect de la demande d'avoir une chambre au calme, repas avec bon rapport qualité/prix, parking sécurisé à prix raisonnable. Je recommande.

J ai résidé dans cet hôtel pendant 2 nuits. Ma chambre était située à côté de l ascenseur donc assez bruyante. Autrement l accueil est au top. Le restaurant situé au rdc est d un très bon rapport qualité prix

Mes séjours à l'Ibis Lomme Centre sont toujours très agréables : l'équipe est chaleureuse et serviable, le quartier est calme, le restaurant est bon et propose des plats du jour, le petit déjeuner nous permet d'avoir de quoi se tourner vers du salé ou du sucré, la mise à disposition du parking est un réel plus dans le coin...Je regrette néanmoins que les chambres soient un peu petites (mais parfaites pour un court séjour). Le gros point positif est l'équipe de l'hôtel !
