Cela fait des années que j'ai le plaisir de m'y rendre pour remettre de l'ordre dans mes cheveux. Les coiffeuses en plus d'être très professionnelles dans leur art ✂️, sont toujours à l'écoute et nous apportent des conseils très pertinents pour sublimer nos cheveux !Je recommande vivement !!

J'ai toujours eu un accueil très professionnel et un avis honnête. Je suis toujours ressortie encore plus belle avec beaucoup de bonne humeur et en plus c est un salon ou tout le monde se parle sans jugements et sans commérages uniquement sur la coiffure le style et la technique et ça j adore moment privilégié ++++

I didn't get a hair cut. So I can't speak to their hair cutting skills. But their business model / customer service was deplorable.They were extremely overbooked. I arrived at 2pm (hour of my scheduled appointment). There were two stylists, two clients in foils, a husband and wife pair in chairs, and a fifth client waiting. I checked in and sat down to wait. The husband's cut was finished. One of stylists focused on the two clients in foils, while the other stylist worked on the wife and the fifth client.It was now 2:15pm, both stylists were in the beginning process of juggling two other clients.It was clear I'd be waiting at least another 30 minutes before anyone would even start on me. And who knows how many other clients my stylist would be working on? I want undivided attention when I'm getting a hair cut.So I left.No one spoke to me at all after the initial check-in. No apology for the delay or an inquiry to see if I was interested in rebooking for another day.I'm obviously foreign. I speak French with an accent. I wonder if that is why I was ignored?I'm also a stay at home mom of a young toddler. My husband worked from home today so I could go to this appointment. I scheduled it during my son's nap time so my husband's work wouldn't be disturbed.My intention was to chop off my long hair and get a pixie cut. I was excited for a dramatic makeover.
