Please do not take your accommodation here. The security of the place is negligible. Parcels get stolen, stuff get stolen from inside the room.Will never recommend any student to book a place herr.

What an experience, five blocks in the apartment, every floor equipped with some activity friendly room like squash, pool table, piano, fuss ball, gym, study room ( since this is reserved only for Essec students), 24* 7 security surveillance, boutique, outdoor garbage dumping area, tennis court, vast lawn, smoke alarms in every room and hot water available 24 * 7 - an ideal place for any student.

Price/quality is out of balance in a negative way. Hotel itself has friendly employees but the facilities are poor (ex: one day no water, one day only cold water).

Standard residence for ESSEC students. Very happening between the months of August and March. Quiet afterwards. Has multiple gyms, TV rooms, leisure rooms, a squash court, a tennis court, foosball tables, a pool table and a piano in the leisure room. Has only one shop inside which is ridiculously expensive. A Leader Price is located close to the RER station which is a 5 min walk away to shop for essentials. Living above the ground floor is recommended so that you can keep your windows open at night. The amenities in the room vary from passable to excellent depending on the wing. Fun place to spend the first year of your course.

It’s pretty good. Very convenient as it is close to the RER station.There are issues with this place regarding the WiFi. But it’s very homely with a lot of people.Staff doesn’t speak fluent English but it is manageable.

Good residence with comfortably-sized rooms. However, they refuse to turn on the heaters before mid-October and instead tell you to just get a blanket" (they will charge you for heating anyways

Once you arrive in France, this place is a very good place to live atleast for 4-5 months. Residence mostly comprises of Indians and chinese people, you have security guard onsite and a good open space. ALEGESSEC helps you with CAF application, which is a major part of your housing. Considering door-to-door time, it takes around 25 minutes to reach school.Here are few of the cons: Since this residence is away from Paris city, you will have to travel 1 hour one way by RER A line train to go and explore activities in the city center. Most of the staff don't speak english which can cause issues during emergency situations.

An excellent student residence for ESSEC students. If you forget the fact that it's quite far from Paris, it is actually a beautiful and peaceful place with all amenities one needs in a community.
