We took our Audi Q5 for a service and to have a tow bar supplied and fitted. When we arrive Stephane was very professional and thoroughly checked the car over before we left it with him. He immediately spotted that we had a slow puncture, which he also fixed. We left the car overnight and picked it up the next day. The tow bar fitment looks great. Very neat and tidy. We will definitely be using him again.
