I did the bio-field analysis to get more insight into reoccurring patterns and situations in my life as well as understand why certain conditions come up. The analysis helped me better understand energy blockages in my meridians and chakras, and how this translates to unresolved emotional baggage. Aneta helped me make some positive changes in my routine that led to a more balanced lifestyle.

Aneta is not only a great Yoga teacher but also and even more importantly, a wonderful and attentive human. She listens to her clients, encourages them, pushes them and is overall always ensuring to tailor her sessions to her clients’ needs, while also introducing new poses, sounds and practices to ensure things never get boring :)Learning yoga with Aneta will make you stronger physically, mentally and leave you feeling peaceful and content after each session, just like that moment in the picture, which she luckily for me photographed so I can remember that feeling.I can’t recommend her enough and hope whoever reads this decides to experience it for themselves!

If you feel lost, depressed and not yourself you are in the right place to see the right person, Aneta!I worked with Aneta for 3 months on my aura. I have to say it was an amazing journey and each day, week, month I became more confident, calmer, more positive and more energetic. Aneta provided me with many tools that helped me build my confidence and create strong boundaries without feeling guilty or insecure. Once we've done that I was ready to do a deep dive journey with Aneta to face my shadows. During 4 weeks we discussed traumas related to my story, my parents and my family clan. This journey really helped me better understand myself and my ancestors and give myself permission to let go of the burdens I was carrying and heal. Aneta was always with me, checking on me and explaining the process at each step of the way so that I felt safe. Thank you for your compassion and listening to my story to hep me become a better version of myself with a more positive mind and spirit. I feel like I found myself again and I am excited about the future!

Aneta is an outstanding yoga teacher. The Saturday morning session is a wonderful way to start the weekend - a great mix of stretches, strengthening and guided meditations. Thank you, Aneta!

Growing up in India, I’ve had diverse degrees of exposure to yoga and its practice. I was very impressed by Aneta’s style of teaching which is mix of physical exercises and mindfulness. In my opinion, that’s a really good way to approach and practice Yoga. I highly recommend joining this session.

I was not really into yoga at first. I decided to give it a try after experiencing a really stressful time at work. I really appreciate Aneta's unique approach towards stress management and the techniques she shares during the class, such as the importance of proper breathing, meditation and self-regulation.
