Nous avons eu affaire à une personne très peu aimable et de mauvaise foi. Le logement géré par cette conciergerie est mal entretenu, nous avons dû nous même déboucher le siphon de la faluche remplie de poils, et quand nous avons abordé ce sujet avec la personne s’occupant du logement, celle ci a mis en doute notre parole, jusqu’à ce qu’on lui montre la photo de l’état du siphon. Bref conciergerie à éviter pour vos locations

The baby sitters that came were very nice.But then, a lot later, I got the bill which stated that the babysitters have been with my kid for longer that they definitely were. They added several minutes here and there, and one day it was 30 minutes more.Almost two months have passed. I'm still trying to tell Cleoleo that it's not right, to change the amount of hours that were stated in the contract, and to pretend that it's ok for their baby sitters to put any time they want into the timetable. They don't care, you will have to pay.Poor fooled client that doesn't remember the hours. Of course.Noone is sorry for the scheme that allows their customers to be easily fooled.I don't think you can trust Cleoleo in what is related to payments.Besides, the rates are cosmic high.UPD After I paid them for all the hours that they invented, they still are sending me extra factures to pay. Maybe they are crazy, I am not sure. Try to find someone else, you will definitely make economies both on baby sitters and time spent while discussing the constantly growing figures in your bills.
