Colette takes time to really understand what you need and where you are experiencing any pain. She gives you a super restorative massage as well as self-care tips for stretching and strengthening to keep you in better shape.

As a fellow therapist, I highly rate Colette. She really knows her stuff and goes directly to the problem.I’d strained my inner thigh, which was burning each time I skated on my snowboard. My self massage and expert home care wasn’t doing the trick and I struggled to walk for around 4 days. One hands on session with Colette and poof, I’m back on my snowboard the following day. Magic!
