Me Dhers was always very helpful but… his replacement is less so. I have had the exasperating experience of using Me Cadilhac’s office for two house sales in the past year. There were big problems on both occasions. The first cost me 1000 euros (to employ a tax representative in France, which I was informed about at the very last minute and which I accepted to avoid delaying completion although there were free alternatives if I’d had a few weeks’ notice). The second sale took five months from offer to completion, entirely unnecessarily (surveys already completed, cash buyers, Covid restrictions removed…). However Me Cadilhac’s office started by making an obvious mistake regarding capital gains (which would have cost me 6000 euros if I hadn’t highlighted it) and then (seemingly piqued at being corrected) went weeks obstinately ignoring messages. I would strongly recommend finding another notaire if you possibly can (there’s an English-speaking firm on Route d’Espagne In La Barthe de Neste) to avoid much pointless stress.

Pris rendez vous pour des renseignements sur un contrat de vente. Sortie sans savoir plus et apparemment il m'a fait peur pour rien (mauvaises informations).Aujourd'hui je veux les contacter, j'attends seulement de la musique. Pas de message comme quoi qu'ils sont fermé/congé...rien.Je n'ai pas un bon impression du tout.
