Not recommend it at all. The guy at the counter opened 15 minutes late and was really unfriendly. They don't even give you a receipt in any format. At the time of picking up the luggage it was closed, with only a paper indicating that it would return in 20 minutes, no more information. We almost missed our train.

Really unfriendly, they don't accept credit card and don't give any receipt. You Just take a photo of your luggage and when you pick it up later, they welcome" you with an annoying face. Don't recommend it at all.It was a really disgusting situation with my wife and children.Francamente bordes y antipáticos. No te dan ni un recibo

Comodissima la posizione vicino alla metro Chatelet. Nel caso di Minute Phone lo spazio è molto piccolo, il proprietario non proprio cordialissimo. Non ci sono etichette per distinguere i bagagli, ma alla consegna ti viene chiesto di fare una foto per il riconoscimento al momento del ritiro.Tutto sommato funziona.

Funciona! Fiquei bastante insegura, mas deixei as minhas 4 malas e deu tudo certo: agendei e paguei pelo app Bounce (na porta do estabelecimento tem um QR code com as instruções), mostrei a reserva para o estabelecimento, fotografei as malas e retirei no horário marcado sem problemas.Assim como em outros comentários, o único recibo é a reserva pelo app e o funcionário da loja só entrega as malas se apresentarmos a foto das malas, garantindo que são nossas.Me incomodou um pouco as malas ficarem no meio da loja e não em uma área reservada que seria mais seguro, mas volto a dizer: deu tudo certo.

Easy way of storing luggage while moving around the city. The process was simple with dropping off, taking a picture, then returning showing the picture taken and picking up our luggage.

When collecting my luggage pieces, they grabbed my phone and took it to the back just to look at the picture I take of my luggage and look for the matching one. Not afraid they would steal it, but it's not hygienic and they should have asked for permission before doing so.
