The woman on the phone was shouting down the phone because i called twice in one day the first time to confirm its still coming as i orderd it the day before the second time i called was to confirm agian as the time was close to closing hours and she was shouting down the phone and refused to sell me oil but as i was calling other services to find someone to deliver fuel in my area the truck arrived and the man said why were you argessive towards my wife and i replyed u was calm and dident have a problem at what time it arrived it was the fact that she was shouting at me i understand that she works on the phone all day long but you cant treat your customers like that and because i only ordered one hundred euros of fuel she was angry about that too
