L'escargot
Were here for light dinner and a bit of wine on the day of arrival to Carcassonne. Could not make a better decision!The food was delicious, good service and atmosphere. Order two different tapas sets for sharing - another decision well made.During our trip we visited quite a few other good restaurants, however in terms of gourmet experience this was the best.

I wanted to love it - especially since it was rated and recommended. But it just missed the mark. The escargot was decent, but the squid was mutilated and over-cooked.With so many options - they need to up their game to stay alive. I am rooting for them.

Un restaurant au top! des serveurs très pros et agréables, un super rapport qualité prix et en plus de ça les plats arrivaient assez vite! Le repas était très bon (la cuisson de la viande était niquel, les sauces délicieuses) et le cadre tout simplement parfait (nous étions au jardin, qui est une espèce de cour, donc bien à l’abris du vent, avec plaids à disposition…) Bref, une adresse à ne pas rater!

Très bon, jolie découverte. Rapport qualité prix plus que correct. Des serveurs/serveuses souriants et attentionnés. Je recommande. La sauce avec la sèche (tomate avec un petit goût de menthe une tuerie).

Super restaurant, très bon, service rapide. Une ambiance très sympa dana la salle du sous sol. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec nos 4 chiens. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Absolutely incredible food. The set menu, fois gras and duck just melted in the mouth, the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere sat in the castle walls and watching the world go by was delightful.Only downside was the we had to ask for water about 5 times before it was bought over.Would 100% recommend to anyone and I'll be coming back specifically to eat here again.
