NORMANDY44 Tours

The BEST tour!!! I can't imagine anyone else doing it better than Olivier at Normandy44-Tours does it. 100% book him! We did a full day tour where we were picked up at our hotel and shuttled to all the D-Day sites in the area and dropped off again at our hotel in the evening. Olivier's history knowledge of D-Day and WWII is astounding. He takes you to places that the big bus tours will never go to, he talks about the history of each place, and then allows you some time to explore it on your own. He has great English and is very conversational. It was a fun day riding around with him, while sombering at the same time experiencing the D-Day sites.

Olivier is an excellent guide. Whether you are a history buff well versed in the DDay landings or completely new to the history, he will be your guy. In depth talks about each site and its importance to whatever level you desire. Will also cater to your desired sites (as well as exclude undesired). He was so understanding and easy to talk to it felt like a friend showing us around. Highly reccomended!!

I had been looking forward to doing a tour of D-Day sights for ages - so I was very excited when we found Olivier. The tour was amazing! Definitely recommend Normandy44. It was everything I had hope and more. Lots of great information, great stops, and very moving stories.

This was easily our favorite tour from our France trip and probably one of the best tours we have ever been on! Olivier was incredibly informative, he not only knew the basic World War II information but also knew a lot of personal stories from the soldiers that were there. The stops he had were not your typical stops but they had fascinating stories. I cannot recommend this tour enough, if you want the best tour in Normandy this is the one to take!

After lots of research we decided to go with Normandy 44 tours. We could not have been happier with our selection. Oliver really made the tour fun and enjoyable. It was extremely educational without at all feeling like school. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
