This is a beautiful venue for course, groups and workshop.

This place is perfect. Emma, Julie and Leigh were amazing. We had delicious meals, comfortable and clean rooms, a sparkling pool and a spacious studio for yoga.

I hosted a yoga retreat with a small group from USA in July. It was perfect! The yoga room had loverly props and was quiet roomy with high ceilings and beautiful natural sunlight. The guest rooms were in the same building as yoga room ( a fabulously refurbished barn) with a kitchenette for use. The guest rooms were all decorated beautifully and with private baths. The center itself is somewhat remote ( we loved that) but a 20 minute walk to a neighboring village. Surrounded by beautiful sunflower and grapevine fields.Very much the picture of the French countryside! WE loved relaxing by pool and meandering to local villages and thru the sunflower fields. We also took day trips to St. Emilion and Auburterre, Lots of shops, a large historic subterranean church, a wine tasting, and a swim in the river! Emma provided info and transport to all the excursions. She also had a very gifted masseuse come to give us all wonderful massages. The meals were prepared by local chefs and were delicious. We had a wonderful time. Emma and Matthew are brilliant hosts ands we all hope to return sometime. I definitely recommend either participating on one of their many retreats or hosting one yourself!

I teach about 4 retreats per year and am very experienced with working with retreat centers. The location, staff, and food were all outstanding! Emma runs everything very professionally both with retreat coordinators and guests. I LOVED my experience there as did all my attendees and can't wait to go back. Can't recommend enough!

I have just arrived home from a gorgeous retreat held at the French Retreat - It has all you can dream for. Beautiful walks. Meditation & yoga in the beautiful barn. Vegan food. Beauty everywhere. Swimming pool. Lots of time for relaxation and it attracts like minded people too.The setting is perfect, close to airport too and the flights are a fab price too.Feeling very grateful for the wonderful stay.Emma, her family and the staff could not do more for you. It was so beautiful. I loved the french doors on the bedrooms. :-)I loved eating on the terrace, seeing the sunrise from my bedroom, the atmosphere, seeing the pool from my bedroom window, the fresh food, the friendly owner Emma and the lovely staff. Everything was perfect.The chef was AMAZING.I also felt so safe & so relaxed.
