Affordable fine dinning experience, very delicious food, all options seemed amazing and very hard to decide what to get. Did not like that they charge you for tap water, only place in Paris where I've been charged for this.

Really good restaurant with a great chef! We had lots of appetizers and desserts. I really liked the baos, the lamb and the tart.

At the risk of sounding dramatic, if I ended up on death row, I would ask that Hugo & Co. be my last meal. Everything was incredible.

After 5 years of living in Paris (and trying many restaurants including Tomy & Co. and Marso & Co.), Hugo is by far my favorite restaurant here! I can safely say that the quality of service, innovative and seasonal menu items, and general convivial experience is never disappointing!I have yet to find a restaurant that truly compares with Hugo & Co. If you're visiting or living in Paris, you absolutely have to try this restaurant. :)

Amazing restaurant!!! This was my second time visiting. The first one was over a year ago.Food was delicious, wines were the perfect pairing, ambience and service were great.The smell of the main dish was so good, and tasted amazing. It was an incredible experience for a very reasonable price.I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Paris.

Great seasonal ingredients and good service. Had beef tartare, the pollock dish and banana pancake. Everything was enjoyable but there was a tiny piece of plastic in the kale in my pollock dish.

A good and innovative local restaurant, with some room for improvement to make it great. First, good atmosphere and casual yet comfy seating, friendly staff and fast service. On the negative, the gnocchi was clearly too salty and broke the subtle balance the truffle was bringing. As for the salmon, it was deep fried and slightly cool. It was also decorated with sweet mayonnaise, really disappointing to waste" such fine ingredients with this excess of tastes. The Asian influence
