Went on one of the Champagne tours offered by Delectabulles and had a wonderful time. Cynthia very much serves up and immerses you into the life of the Champenois, how champagne is made, the history, the families, the life, the passion, the work (vini/viti culture!), and most importantly THE TASTE. We were lucky to get access to places most people don’t get to see and to also taste a very special wine (what a surprise!). A great bucket list check, and for those looking to enhance their knowledge and appreciation of champagne! Entirely Legit! Thank you Cynthia!P.S. I always want to know as much as possible in terms of details when I decide to go on any excursion so I know what to expect. We received a very detailed agenda, with follow up emails prior and post trip.

My husband and I have gone on quite a few wine excursions in many of the top wine regions and our tour with Cynthia stands out! She has so much knowledge of the area, and fantastic personal relationships with the places she took us. At one point one of the people working at Champagne Le Gallais just handed her the keys to the place and was like ok you all go have fun"! Our second stop was at a producer called Piot-Sevillano

Spending the afternoon with Cynthia in a one on one champagne event in Paris was the highlight of my trip. Cynthia has a passion, a wealth of experience, and a fund of knowledge that makes the entire experience superb. She helped me to love champagne and the women behind champagne more than I already did. Any excursion with Cynthia would be worth your time if you love champagne, great food, and smart conversation. Next time I’m in Paris I will sign up for another experience with her.

Cynthia is so knowledgeable about bubbly" so much so that this is the second time hanging out with her. My husband and a a couple of friends did a champagne workshop in March. It was trés magnifique so I knew I wanted to do a Champagne tour with her too. It did not disappoint!! What a wonderful experience with a great tour of champagne houses and a lovely lunch in between!! I know I'll be doing another workshop with her in the future."

This experience was by far the best thing I ever decided to do while my stay in Paris. I really do not have enough words to express how beautiful, magical and interesting it was to be able to do this tour with Cynthia. She is an awesome woman, her stamina, kindness and storytelling abilities are unmatched. She is an expert in her field and did a wonderful job teaching us so much about Champagne (the region, the wine and the women behind it all). Best experience ever. Totally recommended.
