Lena is an excellent guide and was very accommodating with our group. She did more than just explain the tactics of the D-day battle she helps you connect with the brave soldiers. I have visited the American cemetery and the beaches 2 other times and the last one with Lena was the most interesting and insightful.On the second day Lena was our guide to Mont Saint-Michel, which was also an excellent tour.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Lena was an outstanding guide for our day touring the D-Day sites. She was a charming host who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interactive. My wife, who is not the D-Day history buff that I am, also had a great time. She too said that the day with Lena was the highlight of our 14 day European vacation. Lena's presentation of the materal was great for people who have little or considerable knowledge about D-Day. Bayeux Dday Tours have my highest possible recommendation and without hesitation.

Lena was a pleasure to work with. She is an extremely knowledgeable guide. However, what’s even more important to me, she was very easy to communicate with while making arrangements and very flexible. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide.
