Brilliant place, everyone’s friendly and helpful. Great location by the end of some great trails and restaurants that by the lift back up! I’d pop in for a quick repair regularly and would soon be on my way back to the top. The quality and condition of the hire bikes is great, and the events organised are fantastic. The altitude challenge was the highlight of the summer. Great work guys x

Startline really helped me out when I was stuck with bent rotors and they got the parts for me next day! The following year I needed new forks and they were with me the next day too! Sweet bikes to rent for a week on the trails and a cool charity event run by Nick mid July.

Outstanding customer service. Nick the owner was extremely helpful. Really good quality and well maintained bikes. Cheapest I found in resort. Also had 2 intermediate lessons teacher was great lesson lasted longer than agreed and he also bought coffee. Result!

Well where to start. Been dealing with these guys for about 5 years. Nothing but good things to say, from getting something delivered to them to renting and wife having a lesson. Good selection of bikes for rent and I've bought a couple from him. Plus let Nick borrow your bike and h will index the gears for free. Great location, great service and not bad coffee either.

The place to go if you're keen to hit up amazing Alpine lift-access mountain biking in Tignes and Val d'Isère. When my own bike broke down recently Nick and the team were super helpful, and had me back up and riding quickly as they had the spares I needed in stock. Great rental bikes too, I'm always tempted to ditch my bike and rent one of theirs!

Great guys with great service....a one stop shop for everything you need so no wasting time trying to find the best deals. My bike hire included all my protection (which I needed....I had quite a nasty fall). After said fall I noticed the bike wasn't in full working order so back off to black cats I went to which the boys fixed the problem there and then for a very reasonable cost. The guides were fantastic and having lessons really improved my technique and gave me that little bit extra speed....the guide was a local to Tignes and knew the best tracks to take us.....I now couldn't use any one else....ONCE YOU GO BLACKcats YOU'LL NEVER GO BACK .

These guys absolutely nailed it. Mountain biking at its best. They had every aspect covered from the technical side of setting up the bikes to the thoroughly planned guided tours around Espace Killy to cater for all abilities. The team were really approachable and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

This place is great! Just how a bike shop should be! Super friendly and welcoming and always up for a chat about riding.I wouldn't normally use a guide but I went on a days ride with Rab and it was worth every penny, this guy knows the riding around here like the back of his hand and he knows how to ride too, he genuinely made me a better and more confident rider in one day.The mechanic is pretty handy too as I found out when I got too confident and broke my back wheel!

Great service from Nick and his team. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bikes were awesome, first rate, can't wait to get back out to Tignes again in July, bikes booked in and ready to go!
