Our experience with Chicvillas was very positive. I would book through them again and would have no hesitation recommending them.1. We are Americans and travel to Europe once per year.2. I prefer to book through a Management Company rather than AirBNB or the like.3. We stayed at the Authentic French Chateau in the Loire . The chateau is peaceful, extraordinary, well maintained and a great launching point to see the Loire Chateaus. A car is a Must. The caretaker of the property is exceptionally attentive. The Main floors have AC.4. We then stayed in Brittany in Plougasnou. Exceptional views, you hear the waves, you will see more stars at night than you have ever seen. You can walk to the beach and some restaurants. The nearby town is a just a few minute drive. The best croissant you will ever taste is waiting for you at sauveur & Tradition Boulangerie Patisserie. The home is comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa Luz de Costa Dorada. 14 jours de pur bonheur. Une villa magnifique proposant des services haut de gamme. Le contact avec le service client était très bien, ils ont su parfaitement répondre à nos besoins ainsi qu'à nos exigences. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cette très belle villa l'année prochaine.

Les prestations sont de grandes qualités. Ma famille et moi reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir. La réalisation des démarches administratives a été rapide et efficace. Je vous recommanderai avec grand plaisir à mon entourage.

We had an amazing stay at Dream of Dordogne: we were a family group accross 3 generation we all appreciated the terraced garden , the pools and tennis court. Prestations de qualité. Grande maison Krugen en Bretagne idéale pour notre Grande Famille , très propre, très bien équipée, lumineuse et très bien agencée. Mobilier moderne et fonctionnel. Literie confortable et emplacement très calme. Et cette vue imprenable sur la mer... Tout était parfait. Merci !Propriétaires charmants, réactifs, disponibles et discrets.Nous reviendrons . Equipe très professionnelle et le conseil est de qualité . Très bonne organisation de notre séjour à Espagne . Si vous avez un projet , il faut impérativement prendre le temps de rencontrer cette petite équipe très professionnelle.

Pour répondre à votre commentaire, j'ai informé chaque jour la personne qui gérait le lieu sur place, qui, comme je vous l'ai dit, l'a rapporté au propriétaire. Ils ont fait venir un plombier, ce qui n'a pas réglé le probleme.Tout cela, je vous l'ai dit, mais vous m'avez gentiment rappelé comme comme je n'avais pas suivi le contrat en vous contactant vous plutôt que le responsable des lieux, alors c'était de ma faute et vous ne feriez aucun geste.Voilà pour le professionnalisme. Et pour la note.

Disappointing and need training in customer service!As a young family with a five month old child we wanted to make sure our first holiday together was special. With a healthy budget we were looking to book the best villa that would suit our family needs.Correspondence started off on email that was fine but when we had more detailed questions on the villa we wanted to discuss these over the phone. After leaving many voice messages requesting a call back they lazily and rudely emailed back. Not once did we receive a call from them to build report!We were eventually told over email once again that we had sent too many emails, had too many questions and maybe we should go and stay at a hotel..... What type of service based business are they running, we were completely shocked with this response!We pulled the pin after they demanded a large deposit six weeks before arrival with no negotiation. With tourism currently at a low point, supporting the cause back fired on us with this company.

Our stay at Les Balcons de Dordogne was really fabulous. The whole family enjoyed this fantastic Chateau perched above the Dordogne, walking distance from the village.Thank you to Sandrine and Alain from Chicvillas for this perfect organisation and Services.
