Rimowa Servicecenter

Fantastic customer service, I've had to use their service many times and I've always had great service. Rimowa might not be the brand it used to be before, but the people are still great.

Die Mitarbeiter sind äusserst freundlich und kompetent. Bei mir mussten nur drei Nieten ersetzt werden. Das wurde unkompliziert und sehr schnell vor Ort erledigt. Rundum ein exzellenter Service!

Service Top wie am alten StandortKoffer vorbeibringen (klingeln für Einlass), Schaden angeben und keine Stunde später ist die nötige Reparatur erledigt.4 Räder wechseln kostete allerdings 120 Franken.

Thank good! When the Rimowa Service Center at Dübendorf Airport was closed i was worried that I would have to get rid of my beloved Rimowa once it was too broken for continued travels. Thankfully they only moved to a more central location in Zurich and I got the say the service is still as great as it was at Dübendorf. This is mostly down to the fact that the staff, at least the woman in charge (at least I presume she is ;-) is still the same. And she is highly professional, very friendly, and a true expert when it comes to the Rimowa suitcases.But also the guy in the background did an expert job repairing my suitcase in no time. Admittedly I only needed two packaging plates inside fixed and a rivet replaced, still 5min wait is just great and the result looks like new. Paperwork was also very easy!I will gladly come back every time I have an issue!

Wow, incredible customer service and experience from the first moment until picking up my repaired suitcase. Rimowa truly is a premium brand, and this Service Center is a perfect example of how to make customers happy. Thank you to the lady at the front desk ☺️
