L'Increvable

Location de vélo (classique) pour un week-end de 3 jours en mai.Avec mon ami, nous avons réalisé un parcours de 200km (Parcours des Trois pays à vélo), entre la France, l‘Allemagne et la Suisse. Les vélos loués ont été adaptés à notre aventure ! Grâce aux 24 vitesses, j’ai pu gravir les différents dénivelés du parcours. Les selles sont également plutôt confortables.Je vous recommande L‘increvable pour vos futures balades !

Passé par L'Increvable pour louer un vélo afin de réaliser la Piste des Forts, tout a été parfait. De la réservation en amont, à la récupération du vélo puis à sa remise.Le vélo était nickel et l'équipement fourni également.Enfin, l'équipe a été au top concernant l'accueil.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

J’ai été contraint d’annuler une location de vélos en raison d’une blessure grave. Malgré le fait que cette annulation ait eu lieu plusieurs semaines avant l’échéance, et en raison d’un événement tout à fait exceptionnel, l’entreprise a refusé de me restituer l’acompte versé lors de la réservation, sans aucun motif. Comme annoncé par téléphone, je suis donc au regret de mettre une note négative et de prévenir quiconque souhaiterait faire une réservation à l’avenir. Vous saurez à quoi vous en tenir.

Excellent experience!I went there for an impossible repair, but one of the mechanics told me to wait for a moment, and he repaired the problem that I had with my bike. That repair has lasted for two months now, and it doesn't seem that I will have to go back to the shop any time soon. I totally recommend this shop. Their disposition to help is incredible.Thank you guys!

We rented bikes and had an excellent experience. Staff were really friendly! The bike rental included a portable bicycle pump a bike lock and spare tubes in case you got a flat tire. Overall we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this place. We did several long rides during our stay at Strasbourg and the bikes held up well.

Excellent bike rental store, take time to review the shop inside as it has lots of bike art. We rented four city bikes as a very convenient, hassle free way to see Strasbourg city. Friendly service, ww returned bike at allocated time on weekend and the staff met us to open the shop. The best way to explode Strasbourg.

Super experience! We rented bicycles for a five day tour of Alsace, Route de Vin" and some canals. Very good bikes

We rented bikes for an 8-day tour of the Black Forest and Alsace areas and L'Increvable provided excellent service, good bikes, and the shop was very accommodating. The bikes were preset to our dimensions by the time we arrived, a tool kit with spare tubes were supplied (fortunately not needed), but for some reason the bikes did not have holders for water bottles. Prices were reasonable and even during the last couple of days when we were finishing our tour and stayed in Strasbourg, the shop kept the bikes overnight when the hotel we chose did not have storage. I highly recommend L'Increvable to anyone looking for tour bike rentals when in Strasbourg.
