From our very first contact with Ysabel every communication was quick and responsive. We booked the 4 day 3 night tour and enjoyed every single moment. Xavier was so knowledgable and showed us some great wineries and we really enjoyed each restaurant he chose. Our first night in a Chateau was lovely with extremely smart rooms and we enjoyed using the pool after a hot day!The transport was in a smart Mercedes van, very comfortable and Xavier was a very considerate driver! His information about the history of the region was interesting and we left extremely happy with every aspect of our tour. Our only disappointment is that we couldn't ship crates of wine back to enjoy as the freight and tax to Australia is exhorbitant. So we just had to enjoy a few special wine while there, but fortunately Margaret River where we live also makes wonderful wine!We would not hesitate to recommend 33 Tour!

I did the Simply Red tour with Xavier while in Bordeaux on my honeymoon and couldn't be happier.Xavier was a fantastic tour guide, and even worked in a last minute change of plans to our schedule based on our interests.The restaurants we ate at were lovely and the 3-star hotel was in a fantastic location near the city center. This trip was worth every dollar we spent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great wine tour.

Absolutely recommended!I and my parents took a 2 days-2 nights wine tour. We searched on google, and decided to choose 33 Tours Bordeaux & Chateau Wine Tours after seeing so many recommendations from other clients, and the choice didn't disappoint us at all.We lived in a 3-star hotel with a good quality/price. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the reception people are very kind and helpful. Breakfast included was very good too.The guide Xavier is a very kind person and is able to meet different need of each person, for example give additional time for my parents to take pictures and organize vegetarian meal for my mother.Throughout two days of tour, we learned a lot about french wine culture and the knowledge about Bordeaux wine, from how wine is made to different elements that make Bordeaux wine so various. Having personally stayed in france for 6 years without knowing anything about wine, I became a little expert of Bordeaux wine throughout 2 days of tour.The 5 chateau(s) that we visited in two day in left bank and right bank of La Gironde were all prestigious and famous wine makers; the chateau guides were all really nice and showed us their own way to make their wine with always great patience to explain to us the least detail and answer the least questions we had.The food proposed to us is delicious, especially dressed with wine suggested by Xavier. In the night time we went outside to see the beautiful night view of Bordeaux, and enjoyed the local restaurants suggested by Xavier.The tour was a marvelous experience to me and my parents, and if we got chance we'll attend this tour again.Maybe it may sounds like an advertisement, but I still want to say: Bordeaux is such a beautiful city; if you are a wine lover yet never been to Bordeaux, you should absolutely not miss Bordeaux. And if you want to come to Bordeaux, 33 Tours Bordeaux & Chateau Wine Tours will be your good choice, especially if you are English speaker.Big thank to Xavier again for this wonderful and unforgettable tour.

We had a 3-day wine tour with Xavier. My wife has a wine certificate, so we wanted a high-level experience. Xavier delivered. He has good relationships with Chateaus and is able to get high-value tours and tastings with knowledgeable people.

We had a brilliant trip with Xavier to Sauternes. We visited some top notch wineries and had a time we won’t forget.Xavier is very knowledgeable about the regions, the wine process, etc. It was a treat to have him as our guide. If you’re thinking of booking a trip with him, do not hesitate. My only regret is not booking more excursions while here in Bordeaux. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful tour with great explanations to how the wine is made and a bit of interesting history. We tried 4 wines during our visit and they were all delicious! Would absolutely recommend.

Des lieux magiques et se laisser guider dans ces lieux mythiques sans avoir besoin de chercher, ni de conduire...Une société à recommander à d'autres amis connaisseurs qui souhaiteraient visiter quelques châteaux bordelais. My wife Janine & I took the 4 day Bordeaux Route de Chateaux wine tour the first week of September 2012. We had high expectations, and they were met - the chateaux were magnificent, the wines even better, and the food was beyond our expectation. We Aussies have our own very good wines, but the wines of Bordeaux are exceptional, and unique, and we greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about this complex subject. Our guide Xavier is an extremely pleasant and knowledgable young man who made the whole experience one of the best we have enjoyed on our many travels. We only hope that Xavier and the team can organise an Italian wine tour for us next year! Merci beaucoup 33Tour.

I really like the private tour arranged by Xavier.He is excellent in explaining background knowledge about Bordeaux.Mr. Xavier is very easy-going and kind.All Chateaus he took me to visit are really outstanding and their wine is fantastic!I recommend those who want to visit Bordeaux to join the private tour arranged by Mr. Xavier.
