Having just moved in I botched a plumbing job on the water heater. He arrived literally within 10 mins of receiving our call. Sorted my mess and then as I needed to rebuy the part gave me three spare gaskets and showed me how to complete it myself. Very reasonably priced and someone I would trust, which after previous experiences with English plumbers elsewhere in France is very welcome. 10/10
