Konnte sie nicht telefonisch erreichen habe sich 20 mal Probiert auch auf Eingeschriebene Briefe Antworte niemand. Probiere nochmals ein Brief zuschreiben ansonsten werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

seit Tagen versuche ich jemanden zu erreichen , werde nur mit dem Anrufbeantworter verbunden, online ist auch nichts möglich und auf meine Emails reagiert auch niemand. bin sehr enttäuscht NIE WIEDER!!!

Il vaut mieux réserver vos vols en direct avec les compagnies aériennes.Mon vol a été annulé en cause du Covid en mars 2020, cela fait plus d'un an que je me bat avec Expedia pour obtenir le remboursement.Impossible de contacter la société en direct, mais expedia ne fait rien pour faire avancer la demande. C'est toujours la même réponse ... il faut patienter ... mais rien ne se passe.Des escrocs ! Fuyez !

Horrible agency, they are sending confirmation about flights that are complete lies, i was supposed to push my flight onto a later day, they said it multiple times that it was confirmed just to find out on the day of the flight that it was not and they were continuously lying after that about why my “flight is not going” until i went around and contacted the airline directly to find out about all the lies that they were telling me via chat. Never again and highly recommend to everyone to avoid them at all costs !!!!

The experience with Expedia (Flight + Hotel in Island in April, booked from Switzerland, Itin# 7515643230440) was till now the worst I have ever had. I understand that at the moment they are possibly overloaded with work and it is tough, but come on is difficult for everybody.My flight has been canceled. I have called the operator and get the information directly that they will pay all back, naturally. I wrote the hotel and get the information that there is no problem, I can receive the voucher for the whole year, as the hotel is still opened. The only one problem is the Expedia, as when you booked there, all have to go through the same route of course. And Expedia is absolutely not reachable. Planty of mails stay without answer or with automatic information, please call us. I have spent a lot of money just waiting in the que on the phone, it is impossible to reach anybody to talk to. My travel is already in the past and I still have no idea what happen.The statement that they follow the regulations of the partner is absolutely not true!Despite if you book all together in one combined trip, it means absolutely nothing. At the end all is considered separately, every fligh, hotel, so be careful.Never never again!!!!!I have involved a lawyer now, as will not accept this kind of treatment.Megi

Schlechter Service! Ich habe mehrmals angerufen und nichts! 20 Minuten Wartezeit und niemand geht ans Telefon. Sie haben keinen E-Mail-Kontakt. Schlecht, schlecht!

Der Kundenservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.Nach dem Buchen meiner Reise wurde mir plötzlich mehr Geld von meinem Konto abgezogen. „Der Flug wurde teurer, darum wurde ihnen mehr abgezogen. Das ist auch nicht von unserer Seite her, sondern vom Fluganbieter“Jedoch stand klar bei der Abbuchung es wäre von Expedia!Und noch dazue ist es gesetzlich verboten nach einem Kaufvertrag den Kunden noch mehr Geld abzuziehen!Richtig schlechte Erfahrung mit Expedia.Ich hoffe diese Probleme werden für die zukünftigen Kunden geregelt, meine wenigkeit hat mit Expedia abgeschlossen!Noch dazu springen dir Preise jedes mal in die höhe sobald man einen Flug buchen will.. Frechheit!
