Chateau La Gauterie

We had the most memorable day and weekend wedding with our closest family and friends at Chateau La Gauterie. We unfortunately were not able to tour the property before our wedding, but we were confident with our plans working with Sarah! She provided videos and photos and answered all our questions that we had.When we arrived to the Chateau we were in awe of the property and how well kept it was. Photos do not show just how beautiful this property really is.The Chateau works with the most amazing list of wedding suppliers. We were so lucky to have worked with all the great people we had the pleasure of meeting.Our dream day would not have been possible without the gorgeous Chateau La Gauterie property, Sarah, and all the amazing individuals that joined our special day.

Chateau La Gauterie is one of the most beautiful bijou venues that I’ve had the privilege to capture images of as a wedding photographer. It is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for an intimate wedding venue in France.The chateau is magnificent with a real charm and stunning grounds and gardens. The food was delicious and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The big lawn can host a marquee for your reception which is just perfect for a party!It’s intimate, romantic, full of charm and the most perfect venue for a chic celebration. I can’t recommend it enough.

Loads of spiders in our room and the bed has a board where my feet need to be, so it was a little uncomfortable for me as a tall person. The pool, house and bathroom were awesome although the bathroom could have been cleaner. The atmosphere is amazing, with awesome trees at the entrance and super spacious garden.
