Sacré Wine Tour

The wine tour with Romaine was the highlight of our recent trip to Champagne. We were a group of 9- Romain went out of his way to arrange for 2 vehicles to accommodate us. The tour was fantastic- Romain is very knowledgeable and shared this with us in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all our questions. We loved seeing the vineyard as well as the house, and of course getting to taste lovely champagne at the end of it sitting in the lovely garden of Larnaudie-Hirault. At the end of the tour they dropped us to Reims train station in time to get our train back. Excellent experience overall, highly recommend this.

Une expérience unique: personnalisée, éducative, sportive, agréable, le tout avec un professionnalisme très haut.Nous étions un groupe de 6 à pouvoir pédaler au travers des vignes et autres vestiges (phare, moulin) champenois avec Loïc, notre guide, qui nous a appris également énormément de choses.Expérience à faire sans aucune hésitation !

Had an amazing day in the vineyards with Romain. His family owns a small champagne house - so he had endless knowledge of wine making, the history, and rules of the region. He was happy to answer our many questions! A highlight was visiting his family's house - some of the best champagne we tried.We did the full day bike tour and loved the mix - tasting at a scenic vista, biking through forest and vineyards, a delicious and charming multi-course lunch spot, and the tour of the house and production. You really get to see the whole process and many lovely vistas along the way.Romain accommodated our request to ride on regular bikes (not e-bikes). We were on a cycling-focused holiday and loved the challenge and sweating off our glasses of champagne between stops. (Worth noting we are semi-competitive cyclists who train at altitude, and this tour would be most enjoyable with an e-bike for the vast majority of people -and still good exercise no doubt.)This was the only bike tour we found through the vineyards in champagne and a great way to get out of the city. After the tour, Romain showed us a great shop in Reims where we could buy most of the bottles we tasted (and get them shipped to the U.S. too).They will be adding multi-day tours in the future, which we would love to return and do some day. Really recommend!

Excellente journée excursion pour l'anniversaire d'une amie. Romain est un guide passionné et passionnant. Nous avons découvert le domaine familial, issu de plusieurs générations de vigneron, de la vigne à la vinification, jusqu'à la mise en bouteille.Son programme adapté à la météo, nous a aussi permis de visiter une grande maison, de déjeuner dans un très bon restaurant puis de se balader à vélo dans les vignes, en vélo électrique.J'ai apprécié d'avoir le temps de comprendre et poser toutes les questions, de déguster d'excellents champagne, de profiter d'un service au top = programme clé en main et quasiment sur-mesure, recommandations des restaurants du coin, prise en charge le matin et retour le soir en van à notre hotel. Je recommande !

Wonderful cycling wine tour with Romain! He was very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He really took his time to answer all of our questions and the tasting was very generous! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to discover the best of the Champagne region.
