My experience of this company is bad. I purchased two products. Both went faulty. Support is slow and unhelpful.

There is no support for their Netamo Products. If you have a problem with the error-prone products, nobody can help you. It is suggested that there is one, but they will not write you back. The only thing the support does is delete the critical comments. This company is a pure SCAM.
