L'Univers de Léo

Very poor service, the shop-lady who presented in the morning of 16/04/2023 is definitely kind of racist. We bought some stuff and the feedback from her is hate. She was un-satisfied and complained that we should buy more from her!! We were in a hurry to catch our train, otherwise we will definitely report this disgusting shop-lady to her manager. Very happy trip in Paris, but feel very sorry to have this kind of experience before leaving.

This was my final interaction in Paris after an amazing 2 day stay and wow was it awful. I walked in waiting for a train looking for a souvenir and asked if they had specifically French made christmas trinkets. She proceeded to give me chinese made ornaments which I politely refused and continued browsing for other items.She went on to curse me in french continuously and furthermore told other patron how I had made her work but said no to what she was offering. It was so awkward to see patrons stare at me based on what she was saying.I regret buying anything from this store (I did so to be polite and was going to anyway).I even made a note on the back of the receipt to make sure I could share this with other reviewers later but on reading others.... yeah.... unfriendly and possibly not a very open minded person racially.

Pratique pour trouvé des cadeaux !

Super boutique avec un large choix de gadjets & objets colorés et fun. Parfait pour un cadeau d’anniversaire. En plus la vendeuse était super accueillante. Je reviendrai c’est sûr !

The employee working at around 10 on 16.04.2023 is unbelievably unfriendly, she expected every person who enters the shop to buy something. When we were picking the products she told us to be quick and she was complaining that we just bought one stuff. A faithfully suggestion to the poor lady :If your work makes you sad, change it and don’t blame your customers.

J'etais très contente de mon achat jusqu'à ce que je vois sur mon ticket de caisse (ayant payé en sans contact et le prix ne m'ayant pas été annoncé à haute voix) que le vendeur m'avait compté deux produits au lieu de un. L'ayant vu trop tard je ne peux donc rien faire. Très mecontente par conséquent
