A fantastic and professional service. Great communication throughout from Snowbugs. Our Nanny Katie was equally as professional and amazing with our 18 month old. I could not fault our Snowbugs experience!

A great service provided. The kids (age ranges from 5 -11) really engaged with the nannies and spent time on fun activities like sledging, igloo building and indoor arts and crafts. The nannies were all very professional and well presented. Just as important was the level of detail and thought that went in to the 'administrative' side of the services - e-mails, texts and WhatsApp messages to all parents (and not for the sake of it - but conveying useful info).In summary hassle free, polite, professional and easy to business with.

We used SnowBugs whilst in Méribel-Mottaret and can wholly recommend this private nanny service. It was incredibly easy to book with Tayla and compared with others the pricing was very competitive too. Our designated nanny came to our hotel every morning and our little boy was very content when we returned later in the day. We will definitely use next time we come to the region.

Laura from Snowbugs was amazing. Both of our children loved her... boys 2 and 5 years old. The youngest hadn’t been left with someone he didn’t know before which was nerve wracking but he was so happy to be with Laura! She was professional, fun and prepared for everything. Also had good boundaries to alleviate any bickering between them as tiredness kicked in.The Snowbugs service professional, caring and flexible, Tayla was regularly in touch. We used them for 2.5 days and it was the first time we’d used any childcare, though we’ve skied every year with family since before kids. It made our holiday one of the best yet! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We had a fantastic week in La Tania, made even more enjoyable by Snowbugs and especially Alice.As any mother I was nervous and guilt ridden for leaving my 4 year old daughter. Tayla put me at ease on the phone explaining in depth their service and the wonderful time your child will have. I was put even more at ease when we met Alice, Harper took to her straight away, Alice was accommodating, caring and took interest in Our daughter.We all had a fantastic time and Harper now has a new best friend and still speaks fondly of Alice.Thanks Snowbugs see you next year xxx

Snowbugs were excellent. We stayed for a week skiing in La Tania and our nanny Nieve looked after 2 x little toddlers. She was so friendly and the children loved her. Nothing seemed to phase her and she was really creative with what to do with them everyday. We were very confident leaving the children with her. The service from start to finish was excellent with Snowbugs. Thanks very much!

A fantastic nanny service with fantastic people.. what more could you ask for. We weren't sure about having a nanny and we have huge expectations for anyone looking after our 2 boys. Tayla was so supportive from our first enquiry in helping us and we really appreciated the 'nothing is too much trouble' ethos and flexibility.The boys loved spending time with Margot, she was fantastic with them and they had a ball. They've not stopped talking about her!We've had an amazing holiday and a big part of that is down to Snkwbugs. We'll be back next year and won't hesitate to give them a call.
