Moxy Paris Bastille
We stayed 10 days at this hotel and it was incredible! The hotel was clean, the room perfect, and the food was delicious and available at all hours of the day. We had a goat cheese pizza at 2am that rivaled any pizzeria in FL. But most importantly, the staff at this hotel are kind, warm, and generous with their guests. We especially want to thank Giovanna and Karim from the front desk for constantly going above and beyond for our family. They gave us recommendations, chatted with us about our lives, and quite literally shaped our trip into a magical experience! And as if all that wasn't enough, when we had an emergency, the Hotel Moxy jumped to help. When we left for our home country, we noticed that one of our suitcases accidentally stayed behind at the hotel. Karim at the front desk immediately found the missing suitcase, called a reliable taxi service, and had it shipped off to their airport just in time to make it home! We can't wait to come back and recommend this hotel to all our friends. We've been platinum members of Marriott for the last 20 years and this is one of the best experiences. Great hotel and location. Very close to many restaurants and several different Metro stations.The vibe of the hotel was really cool. Had some fun games to play as well in the lobby. We loved the big doors in the bathroom and room that couldbe opened.

I have never been to such a horrible hotel. The first room they assigned us was on the ground floor, and the corridor was under construction. The second one was dirty, and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. It was raining during our stay, and the water was licking under the balcony door, so the carpet was wet. It has been one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. To that, I have to add that I have titanium elite status at Marriot, and they didn’t even try to verify that the rooms assigned were in decent condition. I understand that in a three-star, cleanliness should be a must. This property doesn't have any service or quality standards. I have been a Marriott ambassador for years. I have been to many hotels, but I have never seen such a horrible one.… by the way, I added it after the hotel answered the check-in wasn't nice and the hotel is far away from “charming.”Please, review your standards!

Je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'hôtel, mais j'ai voulu tester leur bar/restaurant pour ma pause déjeuner. Je rentre, c'est bien décoré, ça sent bon, je reste plantée 3 minutes avant que l'on s'occupe de moi, on me dit de m'installer. J'attends 1/4 d'heure, je vais au bar pour demander comment procéder pour passer commande, on me dit que tout se fait au bar (j'aurais aimé avoir cette information au préalable, mais je fait preuve de souplesse). Le serveur me passe le menu, me tourne le dos pour continuer sa comptabilité, j'ai dû l'interpeller 2 fois pour qu'il m'entende et daigne se retourner pour que je puisse commander mon repas. Il me sert ma boisson à table assez rapidement, mais j'attends mon plat 20 minutes. Je me décide de retourner au bar pour demander au serveur dans combien de temps j'aurais mon plat car je devais retourner au travail dans moins de 20 minutes, il me répond qu'il n'a pas accès aux cuisines car ils sont en train de nettoyer : je ne sais pas ce qui est le plus cocasse" dans cette situation

This was the most affordable Marriott in Paris downtown, so I booked it. The staff was really nice and it was really easy to check in, and the best thing about Marriott is if you have status, they will let you do an early check-in so if you get there early in the morning you can go to the hotel and sleep instead of waiting until 3 PM. the room is small, the desk is teeny tiny and not conducive to working from the hotel. The Internet was really slow and video calls weren’t possible there is no plug to charge your computer by the desk, so you have to work from the bed or from the couch. I was on the floor and the shower water went from too hot to too cold every 30 seconds or so. And then the most frustrating thing of all that probably sounds funny, but it was frustrating in the moment, is that the shampoo and conditioner and body wash pumps were, not working, you literally got like less than a teaspoon every time that you did the pump, so I ended up taking off the lids and squeezing it out. Maybe that’s just a French thing IDK. My favorite thing about this place is that it’s Marriott so you get the early check-in, and there are Lime bicycles, right outside the entrance of the hotel.

Location is perfect for a vacation. Close enough to major attractions, walking distance to the Bastille monument. Neighborhood is a mix of commercial and residential so it is fairly quiet. Check in process was smooth and the staff is ver accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and the decor is what you would expect at Moxy. Close to the Metro and local grocery too. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was good value.

Small boutique hotel, the rooms are smaller but still very comfortable. The bar is nice and convenient, and has snack style foods. Definitely a great alternative to as full service hotel, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Very friendly staff, too! They are wonderful!

The location is great, the lobby and garden is nice but that’s where it ends. I’ve stayed at other Moxy locations across the world and this isn’t up to the standards. Our room felt like a hostel. Plain white walls, the carpet was heavily used and clearly needs to be replaced. There were ceiling tiles that were falling in and smelled like water damage. Our friends also stayed and booked with points and their room was much nicer. It definitely wasn’t worth the prices we paid.
