First visit to Riders Rest and I cannot recommend this place enough.Our group of five arrived a bit later than planned after a long ride from Calais, no issue for our hosts who welcomed us with a smile, a hug, an ice cold beer and dinner on the table.Breakfast and the evening meal kept us well fuelled for the week and the well stocked beer kept us lubricated for the week too.Rob & Mandy were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and their local knowledge is second to none.Stuck for a route? Speak to Rob & Mandy and they can recommend some routes which will blow you away, and they will advise the best routes for your ability, machine and the time available.The accommodation was perfect, the food was perfect, the location was perfect, bikes kept under lock and key at night was VERY reassuring.I can honestly say that my stay at Riders Rest was possibly my best motorbiking holiday and I will be looking to return next year.Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one.Kind Regards, Brian (aka the one with the limp)

Fantastic place to stay in the countryside for bikers. Delicious home cooking. Fabulous service and hosting. Great clean accommodation and v clean. Garage for bikes. Fantastic time. Next year will return and stay longer and go out with Rob. Amazing pool as well and fabulous views. Highlight of our bike trip. Rob and Mandy rock!!

The perfect base for touring many lovely locations found in the area.Rob and Mandy were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble.Accommodation was always clean and and tidy and we never went hungry with the superb breakfasts and evening meals. My tariff allowed me free beer and wine if needed too.Highly recommended for all touring bikers whether for just one night or like me for 4 nights.Very reasonably priced.I would seriously consider staying there again when next in the area on tour.

First of all RidersRest is situated right in the middle of some of the finest motorcycling roads in Europe (and we've rode quite a few of them over the years). We arrived mid September on our 5th visit, having missed 2 years due to covid, and the reception was fantastic, as always.The rooms and facilities were as impeccably fresh and clean as the first time we stayed 7 years previously. We took full advantage of the comfort package, which is incredibly good value.We met old friends, made new ones and laughed late into the night, every night.We can't recommend RiderRest enough and it will always be to us a home from home while we're touring.

Well this was the most wonderful holiday I have ever had in my life for a motorcycle rider. The hosts were especially warm and very friendly and carin. And with exceptional high quality food has to be one of the best in France. I my self will definitely visit this place again

Had a nice stay with Rob and Mandy. They go all out when it's time to cook and entertain. Went for a swim and topped off my bike with some oil that Rob had in his garage. He pointed me in the right direction for some nice rides when it was time to leave. They really enjoy hosting guests.

We arrived as strangers and left as friends, Mandy and Rob made us very welcome from the moment we arrived, nothing was to much for them, be it advice on routes, to the loan of tools for a small repair on my bike, the food was excellent, the rooms were comfy, always cold beer in the fridge, not much i can say apart from I highly recommend riders rest to anyone and we will be back.
