I got the German version of Pierre Herme's ph10 cookbook and the translation is a catastrophe. The translater used words, which don't exist in German, by literally translating equipment word by word, or giving wrong instructions, e. g. page 553, inverted puff pastry, where it states that the Détrempéand Beurrage must be kneaded together, which of course doesn't make sense... or on the same page where the 'feuille' of the mixer (beater) was translated as 'Ruehrblatt', which doesn't exist in German .it seems that Google Translate was used to do the job and for a book at that price, that's a shame.... very very bad outcome
